By creating an account or using xMoney, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable laws and network rules.
Eligibility
You must pass KYC, be in a supported country, and not be subject to sanctions.
Use of service
- Keep credentials and devices secure; notify us of suspected compromise.
- No unlawful activity (fraud, laundering, sanctions evasion, prohibited content).
- Respect limits/fees, which may change with notice.
Cards & accounts
Cards and custodial accounts are provided via regulated partners. You authorize us and partners to execute your transactions per your instructions.
Risk & liability
Crypto values are volatile; you assume market risk. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 3 months where permitted by law.
Suspension/termination
We may suspend or close accounts for violations, risk flags, or legal requests. We will provide notice when allowed.
